Brendan Witherell is General Counsel for Polly, the embedded insurance leader in the automotive space. In this role, Brendan provides legal counsel to the company’s directors and senior management and is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal and compliance functions. Prior to Polly, Brendan was Senior Counsel at Travelers Insurance where he was responsible for negotiating complex technology and data transactions. Brendan is also a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer network for general counsels of venture capital funds and high-growth technology companies, where he frequently speaks on the most pressing legal issues facing member companies.
