- Half the Screens: We’ve cut the number of screens needed to get a quote almost in half.
This means customers can get quotes and savings faster, and you can earn referrals quicker.
For the most common workflows in FastPass, we’ve cut the number of screens from 35 to 18 for a two-driver, two-vehicle quote.
Multiple Ways to Get Quotes
- Easy Access on Phones and Polly for Dealers: Customers can get quotes on their phones or through Polly for Dealers.
- Automatic Texts: Starting a lead now automatically sends a text to the customer, allowing them to complete the insurance process on their phones or with your help.
In the Polly for Dealers manual workflow (not available in CA, WI, and MD), we’ve combined the “Start Insurance App” and “Text link to customers” buttons into a single button that reads “Text link and continue.”
