Effective immediately, board member Rick Gibbs will succeed co-founder Travis Fitzgerald as Chief Executive Officer. Fitzgerald will pivot to a crucial role as Chief Strategy Officer.

Rick Gibbs brings his stellar track-record of product and engineering leadership to the company, as well as experience leading fast-growth tech startups and multi-billion dollar public and private enterprises. Known for his operational expertise and product-focused mindset, Gibbs is ideally suited to guide Polly through its next stage of growth. His emphasis on product leadership and execution, coupled with deep automotive software and technology experience, positions Polly to embed auto insurance more deeply into the retailing process.

Co-founder of Polly Travis Fitzgerald will transition to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Since founding the company in 2015, Travis has been instrumental in growing the largest dealer network in the automotive embedded insurance space, as well as developing long-lasting partnerships with dealers, F&I providers, and insurance carriers. A proven entrepreneur and insurance executive, Fitzgerald will bring his unique expertise at the crossroads of auto and insurance to this new role in which he will be focused on business strategy and corporate development. He will concentrate his efforts on public representation of Polly, fostering collaboration with investors, carriers, and partners to propel the company's market presence and influence.
